Deliveries are processed and delivered within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment from Mondays to Fridays.
If a yam gets fully rotten within 7 days of delivery/pick up, customers are entitled to one of the following options:
i. A replacement of the fully rotten yam upon a subsequent order placed within the duration of 3 months.
ii. An immediate replacement by picking up.
iii. A refund which will be processed within 72 hours after proof has been confirmed.
