Refund and Returns Policy


Shipping: All deliveries are processed and delivered within 24hrs upon confirmation of payment- Mondays-Fridays. 
However, during special sales periods, delivery takes a longer duration which will be specified on all channels.


Yams are perishable and subject to cases of rot. If therefore your yam gets FULLY ROTTEN within 7 days of delivery/pick up, you are entitled to one of these after sharing a picture/video proof to our customer care line. 
i. You get a replacement of the fully rotten yam upon a subsequent order placed within the duration of 3 months.
ii. You get an immediate replacement by picking up.
iii. You request for a refund which will be processed within 72hrs after proof has been confirmed.
